My experience buying a robot pool cleaner was great. They were Friendly and knew their pools. Water analysis and chemicals this is the place to go.
I’m getting a price from Cool Water for a new pool liner.

I contacted Cool Waters on a Sunday night and explained that I had several areas in my pool liner that had come down and needed to be stretched back into place. Dave was at my house the following afternoon and fixed all but one spot {it was small and we both missed it, I noticed it the following day while I was swimming.} I called and asked if they could fix that small space and the owner and his son came out the next morning and fixed it. While he was here he noticed a small leak in our pump so he readjusted it and told my husband what to do if that didn't correct the leak. I was VERY pleased with their work, help, and professionalism. I highly recommend them for your pool issues!

Had 3 quotes on the same size pool two were within $1,000 of each other this company was $15,000 more. I called to see if it was accurate and was assured it was!

In late April I contacted your office to inquire on a pool repair quote. On April 27th as requested I forwarded photos your office to assist in obtaining a quote. After about a week I started calling to inquire on the progress with no response or call back. About two weeks out I finally reached, I believe a receptionist, that informed me that my information was past on to someone named Rich and he would be getting back to me with a quote. I am now out over a month and he has not called and I am still without a quote so I have to assume there is no interest. This is really poor costumer service and if anyone asked me for pool maintenance companies to consider you can rest assured that I will make a point to give a No Call for your firm.

Cool waters has been helping my family for 20 years with pool needs.... wanting to do some maintenance on my current pool and the 1st name that came to mind is cool waters... so Happy with the customer service Andrew and his staff provide.... If u are looking to do some up grades or have him do a new pool.... well his team is number one when it comes to customer service... TY Andrew for all u do to help us enjoy our pool each year.
