The Purple Orchid has new owners and they've completely revamped the Inn. It's absolutely stunning and the services are impeccable. I can't wait to go back it's absolutely fantastic!

Was expecting so much based on recommendations. Was horribly disappointed. They were extremely disorganized and could not recall that we all (three of us) had reservations for massage/facial/treatment. The gentleman who appeared to be the owner or manager was acting as if this was his first day on the job. He could not get anything right! Every business has one of those bad days, this just seemed to be out of a movie as it was so ridiculous. Would I recommend them? In good faith, I would say NO! It was too bad though as the setting was lovely and we all were looking forward to this.
