I Wish I read all the negative reviews on indeed, google,yp, yelp, etc because it shows the a pattern of poor treatment. It also shows a suspicious burst of higher ratings that look like its trying to cover up all the bad. I was deceived, overcharged, embarrassed, and unable to understand why they refused to treat Even tho they charged 186. I have requested my records- still havent received. Left messages for days and no response. Threatened with collections if I didnt pay in 24 hours after getting a bill for a balance only a couple weeks prior. I was attempting to get the money I had previously paid only to be hit up with more. My nightmare began when the paramedics came because I nearly fainted because I had a reaction to the altitude, wasnt drinking fluids and allergic the previous animal that was in our vacation rental. Didnt need to be transported but drove to dr I had previously scheduled who took temp BP and pulse oximeter. Since I saw the paramedics the dr felt I would be better served by an Urgent-Care who could provide fluids. They didnt charge so I drove to Urgent Care of Colorado. I explained what happened and asked if they had the resources to treat me because I didnt want to keep driving around. Urgent Care of colorado said yes took 100. After taking BP temp and pulse oximeter (same as previous dr). I was told I needed to go to ER but didnt explain why. They would not return my money even tho they told me they could treat me. I drove to the er and explained what had happened. The nurse thought it was unethical to charge me and said I should request a refund. At this point I decided to go home because I was not sick enough for an ER visit. ER didnt charge either. I rested and caught up with my fluids and had the dander cleaned in the rental. I later found out that Urgent Care of Colorado used a loophole to bill me once they take your temp. Ethical practices usually wont. When you read how urgent care treats their employees and patients , youll see the pattern. They then forced me to pay a balance I was only made aware of a couple weeks ago. They did not send me my records so icould understand why they wouldnt treat me. I have been waiting for a response to my emails and phone calls. I would stay clear of this place.

I was very impressed with the care we received for my 13 year old. I brought him in because he was complaining about chills and shortness of breath. We were seen by Dr Sipay in less than 5 minutes from entering the door. The staff and doctor were kind and compassionate. A definite high recommendation for them
