Old equipment, beds not standard (10 minutes in one may be equal to 16 minutes in another), bulbs not changed at one time, so you end up with one burned stripe down your back! Only one stand-up, so you often have to wait. If you are not checked in by 30 minutes prior to closing, they don't let you tan! Rude people working here. Will not return.

I love Exotic Tans. It's the first salon where I can walk in any time with no waiting. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off with any long contract. Just pay and tan. The customer service I've experienced has been wonderful.

The absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. After I purchased a package there and had multiple terrible incidents, I asked for a refund. I was told by their gm "that is not something we do."
