Choosing the right coach or the right counselor for you can sometimes be a tough decision, especially if you aren't already familiar with some of the terminology or what the various credentials mean. There are a lot to choose from, and finding a person who is a good fit is considered the most important factor that makes a relationship like this a success. Naturally, you are likely to be very motivated to make the best choice you can, the first time. I've created three reports that can help you with this decision. Coaching is provided for individuals and couples: Relationship coaching: For couples who are searching for ways to improve their relationship. You may want to deepen the intimacy you already share, or gain even better communication and conflict resolution skills. Transition coaching: If you are in the midst of a life transition and want to find ways to overcome obstacles, make the best of change, or reach your goals and dreams, transition coaching can help. Career coaching: Changing or advancing in your career can be a challenging time. Working to reach your goals and dreams takes work and a career coach can help you. Coaching is offered at $65 per session, with discounts for sessions paid in advance. I work very hard to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental and comfortable environment while we work together to overcome issues that are keeping you from being the best you can be.
