My wife and I have been shopping at Lewis and Bark for years now. The help is knowledgeable and always offers to carry the food out to our car. We have feed three of our dogs from there and still shop there exclusively for our dogs. I wish there were more pet food stores like it. I have had dogs all my life and this store is the best.

Terrible customer service! The ladies that work their seem to have an elitist attitude. This is my first dog and I wanted to make sure I was getting the right food for her, so I had a-lot of questions. The lady stocking the shelves basically ignored me so I went to the back counter. The lady working there was too busy on her cell phone to help me. When she finally did she was very rude and acted like I should know everything about the foods they sell! I asked about a food that my vet recommended, she proceeded to do nothing but trash talk my vet! When I looked at some of the food she was recommending the prices were rediculous! $15-$20 more expensive for the same food at some other retailers. I left the store empty handed and I will never return! I will not shop at a store were some one looks down their nose at you and then proceeds to OVER charge you! I hand since been to several other pet food shops and received wonderful advice, great service and reasonable prices. Look other places

Even though it takes us over 20 minutes to get to Lewis and Bark, it is worth it. They have healthy dog food, great treats to use for training, and lots of other goodies for our dog. The staff is knowledgeable, so if you are looking for something, they can make good recommendations.
