Wonderful office - everyone is friendly and courteous. Vanessa - Doreen Estadas nurse is a real asset; were sorry to see her leave.

I'm so surprised to see all the negative reviews about this place! Maybe they've changed/updated between the time those reviews were written and I began going, but I absolutely LOVE this place. They are almost always on time, the front staff is always friendly and professional, and my doctor (Rachele Salter) goes out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of with whatever I need. I am so happy I found this place and I will definitely continue to call them my primary doctor's office for as long as I can. Thanks, CFP for making it such an easy, painless experience to work with you!

I have never had more of a unprofessional medical experience than I have today. After being scheduled, rescheduled, confirm cancelled and reconfirmed... I showed up for my appointment was granted access to the doctor's office to pay my copay and was then told that the doctor would not be seeing me today. Sitting in the waiting area for the doctor. Listening to the staff argue amongst themselves. I am in need of medical attention. Instead, I am being directed to a new practice. Unacceptable. Do not come here.

They sent me in for an MRI prior to getting authorization from the insurance company. I relied on the Dr office to know this information since they are the "experts". I received a call from the office informing me that the insurance would not cover the MRI and I would have to pay out of pocket. Their error has now become my problem and my financial battle. If I could rate with zero stars, I would.

Dr. Crockett was very approachable. I liked her medical suggestions and questions regarding her physicals. She is my new doctor choice.
