Today, I wasn't given all of my order at the drive-thru and didn't discover this 'til I arrived back at work. I called, explained what had occurred and spoke with Kenny (the mgr) who said I had left it at the window (it was never given to me) it was laying there, but he would make a fresh one for me. So I drove back, spoke into the order area and was told to drive to the window. The person at the first window asked what I needed and I explained what had happened. She was very rude and insinuated I had just driven away and not given them the chance to give me all of my order and then told me to drive to the pick-up window where, again, the person was rude and I was then handed someone else's order, which I gave back and said I was here to pick up a sandwich Kenny was making for me. Kenny came, handed me the sandwich and I told him how rude the persons were at both windows. His response, "Well maam you can always go across the street to Burger King". I WILL!!
