Every time I visit this office I have a great experience. The office is clean and Marqueena always goes that extra step in helping me feel calm during my office visits. She is very professional and always treats me with respect. I would definitely recommend them and ask for Marqueena as your tech she has you in good hands

My mouth was hurting and face was swollen. I went in as a walk-in and the dentist was able to extract the tooth right there.

Dr. Paula Martin-Fletcher is the best hands down. She cares and she is so personal with the kids and encourages them and tell them when they are brushing great and gums look great.

My appointment was quick, easy, and they told me what was going on step by step. My Dental Assistan Brooklin Clark was very funny, nice, and informative. My Doctor Dr.Williams-King was very professional, sweet, and fast.

My kids have always been called back to see the dentist within 10 minutes of their appointment. My twins are terrified of the dentist to begin with. My daughters were seen by the male dentist the first few times they went and he was GREAT. They then added a female dentist to the team who should NOT work with children EVER!!! She is more worried about being fast then taking care of the child. The first time she worked on my daughter she busted her lip, I then asked for her to NEVER work on my children again. I told them to put it on their chart NOT to let her touch them again! We went in yesterday for what was supposed to be a filling and it she was the only dentist there. I thought it's just a filling surely she can't hurt her this time, but nope not only did she hurt her but getting this CALM child to go to the dentist again will not be a pretty sight!! I believe Kool smiles should vet their dentist A LOT better!!! This woman should Never ever work with children Ever!!!

My three children (7,4,2) two boys and one girl. Love this play. The staff is friendly, time efficient, greet you and are extremely professional. From the front to the back office everyone is working together to meet the needs of the patients. There are two ladies in particular who I always see and they have took GREAT care of my littles since we've been coming!!! Very patient staff!!! They make your child feel comfortable and I'm grateful.

The doctors are amazing! I forgot the doctor name (recently grew a beard, has a baby face) he's awesome! All the doctor her will tend to your child and take time to answer any of your questions. All of them have great personalities...

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Kool Smiles! Our 6 yr old has gone there for 3 years now, and every time it's a pleasant experience for her! The staff is friendly and the dentists are amazing! She recently had a cleaning and the dentist told us she needed 2 bottom teeth pulled pretty soon, due to adult teeth needing the space. She was so kind and cared enough to have us come back the same day! My daughter still enjoys going to the dentist because of the care she gets at Kool Smiles!

Kool Smiles exceeded my expectations today. Soon I walked into the door, a big bright smile greeted me. LaTara made sure my insurance ok. They took me back right away!! Taneesha called my name. She was bright and bubbly. She calmed me down because I was nervous. Taneesha introduced me to Divonna and Doctor Yin. Divonna was a funny heart. Taneesha came back and checked on me periodically. Dr. Yin was very gentle and a calming spirit. I will be back. Thanks Kool Smiles. Thanks Taneesha and Divonna for taking time with me.

FInding a good Dentist for my father is very difficult. Especially since he only lets middle eastern decent treat him. He really liked Dr. Sulieman. Dr. Sulieman explains everything to my father. His nurse was middle eastern too. She was really good. We have to go see a specialist for my father's tooth, so we will not be back there, but I will recommend Dr. Sulieman and his office to my family.

I've been to office all over, being that I am in the military. I was treated with TLC during my visit. The back office manager, who keeps an eye on the patients, who also encouraged me to fill out a survey was extremely caring as well. A+ around the board. I really enjoyed the dentist. I will be back.
