Proposals

I bought my dress at Proposals after driving to a store known for having many dresses. I was in tears and called Proposals.

They actually stayed after hours, served wine, and found the perfect dress for me.

I can say that bigger isn't always better and the customer service is awesome.

I actually have not bought anything from Proposals. My mother bought her mother of the bride dress here for my sister's wedding and had no problems with the order. They even helped her arrange the fitting in the hospital when she was unexpectedly sick prior to the wedding.
My sister and I had a horrible experience with another bridal shop that had dishonestly delayed ordering the bridesmaid dresses and therefore made the shipment of the dresses too late to work for the wedding. When the other bridal shop did nothing to help fix the situation, Proposals called the dress company and managed to get the dresses in time for the big day...all of this was done knowing that we had bought the dresses elsewhere. I can only imagine how great their customer service must be for those who do actually order dresses from their shop. I know that I will definitely use them in the future!
