What can I say, John has been not only a pleasure to deal with but a breath of fresh air! If you call around or go to the AT&T store or the only other local place I could find not only do they want to charge you an arm and a leg they aren't that great to deal with and need to learn a few things about customer service. John was easy to get a hold of, will work around your schedule, and best of all he will come to you.. where ever you are! The cost was surprisingly cheap compared to other places which was actually just a bonus after he took the time to come to me and was such a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend anybody to him as I currently have been doing. I have had him fix a few things which was a screen, the lock button on top, and the first encounter was for service with an application on the phone. Love, Love, Love him!

I was referred to this company by a coworker. He had very affordable rates and even came to my work! Fixed my phone while I continued with my job! I have since moved out of town but still continue to use him for my phone repairs! I Just mail them and he sends them back a couple days later! Definitely the way to go!
