Cleo's Furniture Sherwood is of poor quality with poor service. I purchased a mattress 10 moths ago from this store. Paying around 1000 dollars. Now, the mattress has come unsewn exposing at least 6 inches of foam. I was told by the store mgr and the district mgr they do not replace mattresses. I can pay for delivery to their store and they'll send it back to the factory for repair. My other option was to haul it to the store myself. I was told it would be about 1 week before I get my mattress back. I asked where I'm supposed to sleep during this time ? on the floor. I explained to them I am a cancer patient and I felt no compassion from them. I requested them to bring me a new mattress and take mine and was told my district mgr they only do that if this happens the first day you purchase it. He told me I had to deal with the factory now. I told him I didn't buy from the factory. Buyer beware!! Never again will I buy from Cleo's!! Makes you wonder why they won't stand behind the furniture they sell!
