First time ordering and my order was incorrect. Ordered Chinese and even though it arrived as scheduled and the food was hot there were missing items. Their solution was to give me a credit of 3.75 for the missing rice and egg roll. What is Chinese food without rice? So now I have to wait another hour or settle for a measly credit for a service that I will likely never use again. I might have been more satisfied with a complementary meal since now this was is ruined and I have to wait for a total of two hours to eat dinner and my main course will be cold when the rice finally arrives.

This will be my only time using Chef Shuttle. I was definitely not happy w/ this company or service

I have had problems with them, as far as delivering when said, expensive for one and not good as they were in the beginning

Food was delivered one hour late because the driver couldn't get through the gate and was evidently to lazy to use the walk through gate. I will NEVER use these guys again. If your in Conway use meal on the fly, they are cheaper and they actually deliver your food on time.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from El Porton and they have screwed me..I order, and paid for (and i have my email receipt), sour cream and tomatoes on my number 14 as well as lettuce and tomato on the side of my daughter's cheeseburger meal.. Guess what, never happened..And don't even bother trying to order a salad of any kind because you are not getting it..I will never use this service again.

The customer service of this company is TOP NOTCH! I ordered a decent size BBQ order, and they delivered it HOT more than 35 MIN early during RUSH HOUR at a large hospital. They gave me a receipt, emailed a receipt, emailed when the delivery individual would arrive, and CALLED AFTER to make sure my order went well. The delivery person (Jonathan) was friendly and VERY PROFESSIONAL.



Use this service. You will not be disappointed. REALLY. USE IT! And Happy Eating! :D
