to start from the appetizer cheese plate , that Henry suggested , was fantastic, tasty from the pickled vegys to the great hummus , I could only think what next ? I had the double moose burger , melted cheese over 2 perfectly cooked patties of beef , and a home made BBQ sauce with beer battered onion rings, with corn husk smoked bacon on a buttered toasted artisan bread roll, with the most meaty delicious potato curls served with malted vinegar, and a glass of a smooth moscato wine, then if I wasn't stuffed enough, the waiter Henry suggested a cheese cake with a oreo cookie crust covered in strawberries, and sauce, I raved so much the waiter went to get the chief , so he him self could see how happy we were with one of the most surprising meal I have hade in years, and to Henry the waiter so very friendly, helpful ,explaining items on the menu, and making everyone sound delicious, my hats off to all at the copper mouse ale house THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFULL DINING EXPERANCE. The Place is just Stunning inside! The Waitress was wonderful! The portions were so small we left hungry! Prices were soo very high, it was crazy! Two Lunch Specials (Sirloin Roll Ups)...which ended up to be one tablespoon of hamburger sitting on a piece of flavored lettuce! We did have the Sorbe't which was like a mound of frozen sugared welches grape juice concentrate! The bill was $48.00. That will be my first and last stop. Sorry!

Chef Shawn Steenburg prepared fantastic dishes for our group of six! The cod fish with Steenburg greens were delicious along with the amazing blueberry bourbon hazelnut sorbet. Definitely recommend :)
