I've been a customer of Amy's for two years and was very happy with her work. Unfortunately the attitude of the place changed ever since Judy bought it. Appointments got all messed up tapping into each other customers time. When you express your concerns they do nothing about it. Last time I went my mother liked my nails so much that scheduled for Saturday 7/29 but Amy sent my daughter and I a text message late at night that she wasn't able to do my moms nails because she wasn't going to be in so i rescheduled her appointment for 8/5 but Amy never confirmed, however I received a call from Amy on 8/5 asking if my Mom was coming in. I called my Mom and she ended up having to go to work and was unable to get her nails done. My mother texted Amy to let her know but this seemed to upset her as she felt that she can't schedule on weekends if we couldn't make it. However she was the one who rescheduled my mother to begin with. I called the shop today after noticing that she blocked us from all social media and Judy answered stating Amy was busy and I needed to schedule with her on week days only knowing my schedule doesn't allow it. They just lost a customer that paid $200-$400 with them a month!!! Besides at least now we won't be bugged down with all the stories they tell of each other behind their backs including customers. There is not an appointment were you hear about others peoples life that you don't even know.

Very friendly husband-wife couple run the salon. It's small and quaint, modest, but very friendly. They talk to you the whole time, like your hair stylist would. I would pick this place over Grand Nail Salon or Hollywood Nail Salon anytime!
