Kaleb arrived right on time and couldn't have been more professional. He worked hard to figure out that the thermostat had stopped talking to the air conditioner so he got it fixed. He offered to close the windows for Don when he realized that it would have been difficult for him to get them closed by himself. I was looking for a price on a ductless air conditioner. Nick T arrived at my house on time and was very courteous, friendly and professional. He took measurements and explained the Daikin product to my husband and myself. He was very knowledgeable on the subject. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. We were very satisfied with his service and knowledge.

Tim arrived and proceeded with the UV leak detection. He found a leak in the coil inthe furnace and since there was one available, he picked it up andinstalled it. Very happy with the service.

My central air wouldn't work. I called another place the guy came out and said I needed an electrician. So not happy with that I called Van's they came to the house and Kurtis explained so much more than I needed and electrician, I wouldn't have believed it with my own unless I seen it with my own eyes. Mice had gotten into the unit and started a fire, burned wires and connectors the other place never said any of that. Then they told me my unit was 20 years old and my furnace was 21 years old. Nick hooked me up with a great finance deal. Eugene and Tim spent hours at my house on a Saturday making sure everything is up and running. I never felt that they were taking advantage of me being a women and not knowing the first thing about furnaces and central air. Thanks for all your help.

He is knowledgeable and his suggestions have helped us save money on utilities by keeping our equipment running optimally. He is very thorough and found a set of small leaks in our heat exchange module. After much discussion along with Nick, we were able to get a great quote on a new system. Nick was not a pushy "sales guy." He came across as knowing his stuff and presented us with a wide range of options so we could make an informed decision. Jason and Shane did the install. They knew their task well and did a terrific job, were mindful of our property and cleaned up after they were done. They were respectful in every way and helped us get setup with all the information on our new furnace and a/c. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants a reputable group to work with; they know their business and treat their customers with respect.
