I went to the Wendy's restaurant after having a wonderful pre-Father's Day day, I wanted a frosty cone. I had never had one from Wendy's, but they looked good in the TV and advertisements. I get to the window, get the cone I paid for, and it's mushed flat on top of the cone, not appealing and nothing like the picture, I ask that they fix it according to the picture, another young lady rudely takes it not asking the type of cone, assuming it was vanilla has to now discard it in frustration and brings me a cone far worse than the previous two. I ask for the manager, explained the situation, she explains how they are trained to defraud the customer, and brings me another distasteful looking cone. I am a customer, a consumer, and I work a job dealing in inventory and the prevention of shrinkage, so I find it funny that this obviously incompetent store manager would rather waste 3 cones than to simply add the extra swirl that would have satisfied me and kept me coming back this summer.
