Whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs! I brought my brand new Hyundai to this location to have work completed from someone backing into one of my doors. They had my car for just about a month and we’re trying to tell me that a piece of the front grille was on back order until the end of September. As I live in Florida, I called around and most of my local Hyundai dealers has this lower spoiler in stock. Their parts department told me they couldn’t purchase it because their P-Card was locked then they changed their excuse saying they just couldn’t purchase it. I asked if they had even reached out to any other dealers and they said no because most of the time the dealers will say they’re for their customers. Daytona Beach Hyundai had three of them and I pitched a fit until they contacted them and purchased it. My rental was about to expire and they dragged their feet and lied. I drove seven hours to pick my car up and noticed my TPMS light was on, they told me to drive it down the road and it would reset itself. All while the tire was almost flat in the driveway. Their was a screw in the tire and they tried sending me to drive 600 miles “to reset the TPMS light.”

Got back to Florida and the next day I went out to look at my car. My car looked like a two year olds handprints we’re all over the car. Overspray all over the car, the two rear quarter glasses on the rear doors they damaged, paint peeling from the rear bumper and a deep scratch in it, rear tail lamp with a scratch, tape marks all over the trunk. It looks like I brought my car to a high school body shop class full of freshmen.

I had to open a supplement claim with my insurance and this place did an additional $2,200 worth of damage to my car. Of course, they say they didn’t do any of this damage. I just decided to repaint my car in my driveway, damage the glass and rear bumper.

While I’ll be filing suit against this establishment, DO NOT bring your car here! The negligence, incompetence of the work they did and the damage they caused is absolutely ridiculous! If you want your car damaged, have a two year fix it! At least you know what you’d be getting!
