I like here. I've been here 7 months & so far it's been good. The only problem I've had so far is that before it took them months to fix something. But they have a new system now so that's fixed. & its bugs here but they have a exterminator to come out and settle the bugs for you. They do have over night security. I would recommend any one living here. It's a nice place to live. I plan on living here for at least four more years.

If you can afford to go elsewhere, do so. After only two months of living here I don't think I would recommend these apartments. My apartment wasn't cleaned properly upon move in, this apartment still has a funky smell, my hallway was flooded for almost a week, and my apartment had roaches that I just got rid of. ... That's to name a few issues.....

Application and payment done in August after several loss of paperwork and no return calls and my having to be on hold, four (4) months later I am still getting the run around to get my money back. Each time I call I, I have to explain the situation over and over again and then promised a call-back that never happens. Totally aggravated and am just glad I didn't move in. I can hardly imagine what that would have been like.

Nice spacious apartments. The neighborhood isnt the best! I stayed in the front so it was just a lot of neighborhood kids outside. I did hear about car robberies though. The walls are thin so if a neighbor is blasting their music you will hear every word. The biggest complaint is the staff. Make sure you keep ALL DOCUMENTATION. Even if its something minor because they will say they dont have it. If rent is more than 10 days late they will file a warrant, which is undertandable. The part that I dont agree with is even if you pay it to them before your court date (which is what is reccommended) they dont fax over the paper to the courthouse saying its paid. The bad thing about that is you cant go to the courthouse yourself, they have to do the paperwork! So its been sitting on my rental history FOR 2 YEARS before I found out and thats because I moved!!!!!! They are VERY unprofessional. So God forbid something happens that shows they were in error because you will have to pay for calling them on their errors. But the apartment is nice just cheap materials used.
