My kids had a 3pm appointment, they didn't get call till 4 after I complained. Then when I get into the room it was another hour before the doctor come in. Never going back there again.
Unpleasant customer service with one individual at the new location. Billing was not clear, one price was qouted the day before and then challenged by the clerk the very next day. I was given a discounted price without asking for it by one clerk. The next day another clerk qouted a higher price. I am paying out of pocket so I was not expecting the price flip flop. I was prepared to pay the qouted price from the day before and not have to haggle with the clerk about a higher price (in which she later qouted the discounted price once I showed her the paperwork from the day before). I was offended and I apologized to the office for going back and forth with the second clerk. She was rude and never apologized. I never got upset over things that happened the day before or during that day
(and the staff know exactly what I mean)
because I know things can not always be perfect, but do not get an attitude with me because I was given a lower price the day before. Organize a little better and let the left know what the right is doing. This rating is only for the 2nd clerk.

My daughter loves going to this dental office . They are really kid friendly and our visits are always pleasurable

I love this dentist. The only complaint I have is with making appointments. When we first started going to this dentist (about 3 yrs ago) it was very easy to get an appointment. Now you almost have to schedule 6-12 months in advance.
I would give this dentist a 0 if I could. My child's lip swoll 10x it's normal size with in hours of leaving after a routine filling. When we returned the same day they didn't even recall seeing him that morning. Although they had never seen anything like this (to that extream), they gave us ice and said it would return to normal in a couple of days. His lip was so bad I had to take him to the ER the next day. They were in shock! They ended up giving him 2 prescriptions and it took two weeks to heal. It wnet from huge to huge with blisters, to sores and blisters in and out of his mouth, to burn sores. The dentist nor anyone in her office called to check on us at all, and since they had never seen anything like it I would think that they would call to make sure it is healing properly. I will never ever return.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The dentist was very friendly along with the staff. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

Dentist office not set up for children. No play room, just a few chairs in the front and TV's. Also the staff is not trained on how to handle children who may not want their teeth cleaned. They actually retrained my child on a stretcher!

not sure if i like dentist at all not very child friendly,the rest of the staff did a pratty good job no call back to let u know about your next apt. will try them one more time to make my final decison.
