Date of visit 4-7-10, I gave a 1 star because eventually we did get our food. Today a friend and I decided to have lunch at Applebee’s. We both thought it would be a quick in & out since it was after the lunch rush hour. We sat at the table 15 minutes before we were greeted by our server. Once we placed the order it was another 20 minute wait before it arrived. We both ordered a frozen strawberry daiquiri, the drinks came out first and they were slushy. Immediately we both told the server that we were not satisfied & wanted them removed from the ticket. He informed us the policy doesn’t allow that, so we asked to speak with the manger. The manger “James” came over to the table about 15 minutes later and advised us it was their policy not to remove drinks from a customer’s ticket once it has been served. We asked if they could be corrected because they were too slushy with no taste. James, said no that’s the way they make the drinks at his/that locating and his district manager make the rules. Needless to say we had to pay for the slushy drinks before leaving the restaurant. However, I did place a call to the district manager John Nicolodious and I am currently waiting for a return call. Bottom line Apple Bee’s lost 2 customer’s over a $7.00 drink.

upon my visit the hostess staf greeted myself and family n a very friendly an profesional manner. we were seated an the waitress got our drinks an we soon had our food . afterwards the waitress remained attentive eventhough she had other tables to wait. this all happened on a very busy day. the confidence the team showed, they weren't working they were n a rythom of a perfect flow. I remember it as being my best ever applebee's experience.

Slow, slow service. Non-friendly wait staff and mediocre food. Don't waste your time or money.
