      I am new to Yoga. Yesterday was my first day with Linda. I had the most wonderful time. She explained, and demonstrated each pose to help understand them. I feel wonderful today and without a doubt I will be going back to learn more. I have RA and Vertigo and at 67 years old this was a wonderful thing to do.. Thank you Linda. Lorraine
