I've been a patient here since the early 90's because I didn't have to travel far. At that time It was easy to contact them and speak with someone when I called. I've been happy with the doctors and services there and I haven't had to wait very long for my appointment. Since CMMC has taken charge of the practice, it's difficult now to speak with someone on the phone when I call. The majority of the time I've had to leave a message and sometimes I've found myself playing phone tag. It's very frustrating!
