When I suffered some damage after a storm, they acted as if it would be a major inconvenience for them to come and assess the damage. What on earth do they get paid for!? Also, the gentleman I spoke with would not talk with me. He wanted my husband to handle things, but I am the one who pays the bills!!!! Kind of chauvinistic, don't you think.
