Zero stars. Two Men and a Truck moving company quoted 2 hours to move our bedroom furniture (that is all they moved) and they took more like 7 hours. They expected us to pay $600 to the company so that they could turn around and pay us back $500 for the damages they did not only to the furniture, but the walls and flooras well. They took an exorbitant time to move one bedroom set, complaining the entire time about how they had done 2 moves before this one and how tired they were. They didn't use ANY of their blankets to protect our furniture and the damage they did may have been somewhat repaired but it is NOT ever going to be the new furniture it was before they did their destruction to it. How dare they ask us to pay for that move?? Corporate says the franchise has the right to refuse. The whole thing is ridiculous and was an unbelievably horrific experience.
We will continue forever posting and telling everyone what they did and how horribly their corporate office handled it. I will call the local papers and ask them for support, I will contact the BBB, twitter, facebook and anything else I can on social media to do our best to let the world know how they do business. Hope it's worth it to them. Shame on them. The emotional experience of seeing very expensive furniture treated the way they did and the way they are not responding is unbelievable. Do NOT EVER USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. They are more like "two preschool kids on a bike".
