Great company. Very friendly, prices are very fair and their vehicles are of the line. I've had nothing but great experiences with Ground travel Specialist, the drivers are professional and very careful in driving, would recommend them to anyone!

Wow!! What a great experience. Our group decided to go further down south this year to Orlando and wanted to avoid the costs of flying. From the first day we called to inquire about luxury motorcoach travel, untill the day we returned back home from Flordia everything was Awesome. The office staff is so accommodating and extremely nice. There coaches are very comfortable and clean. Orlando is a long ride, however it flew by pretty quick. Our driver's were very easy to get along with. They were more than happy to stop when we needed a little break. My group and I were more than satisfied with Ground Travel Specialist. I think we are going to be taking more trips to Flordia soon. Thanks again.

THis is the worst company that I have ever had an opportunity to work with. I chartered 2 buses in March and 3 in April. The drivers they hire are rude and very difficult to work with. When you complain they shrug it off and hope you will forget that you had an issue. One of the buses broke down and they claimed it was just one of those things but the repair company said the bus was in bad state of repair. On the way back at the end of the trip one bus broke down with a flat tire and the other two drivers were alerted and said that its not their problem. When I complained to the management I was assured they would look into this and respond. Never did get a response. Complained to DOT and hope they will shut this company down. Would never recommend them to anyone. If you care about the safety of your customers don't charter with this company. They will sing a great song but they cant produce a good product.

Ive been working with GTS for over 5 years now and Ive been more than satisfied with all aspects of my trips. I am the group leader for a UAW Retirees group that does more than 2 trips a month and for the rare exception of a minor problem here and there we have had nothing but GREAT experiences. And when one of these rare problems do occur we have been taken care of promptly. I find the office staff to be caring, helpful, and professional. The drivers are professional and seem to be well trained. Every driver seems to go the extra mile to make sure that me and my groups are well taken care of. The buses are always clean, well maintained, good working condition, and most importantly SAFE. I have used several companies over the many years and between the office staff, the drivers, and the motorcoaches, this company is the best. I highly recommend them and suggest them to anyone who asks for a bus company.

terrible experience from start to finish, bus was 1hr 20 minutes late to take the bride & the wedding party to the wedding, driver did not have directions to the wedding site & had to be guided by one of the guests, driver was very unprofessional and dressed like he was a mechanic and had a bad body odder, after the wedding the driver did not know how to get to the reception & again had to be directed by one of the guests, after the reception the driver took all of us back to the hotel 7 was weaving between lanes, when he stopped the bus he promptly stepped off of the bus and relieved himself in front of everyone making the guests step into his urine, after we got back to the rooms we discovered that all of our liquor was gone and most of our beer, It was a terrible experience for the bride and the guests, we have contacted the company manager Daniel, who basically said that our claims of the driver & what transpired were wrong & sided with the driver, so we are contacting local news

Used this company for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We went to Cedar Point for our school field trip. The buses were on time and the drivers were friendly. All around a great experience and will be using them next year. Recommend this company to everyone.

We have been using GTS for several years with our various hockey teams! They have always been clean, curteous on time and safe! Dan has always been patient with our ever changing schedules for our teams! Our drivers seem to really enjoy their jobs! Denise..you do know that you are our favorite (sorry to everyone else)! Thank you for putting safety first! It is so nice to leave the driving, directions and schedule to our driver and we get to just show up and enjoy their games and arrive back at home rested! I just used this company for the first time. I really enjoyed my time. The bus was clean. The TVs, Wifi, and outlets were very useful. We kept on schedule and I'm looking forward to using them again.

I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Our bus broke down and we were stranded for 3.5 hours. The bus literally stopped on the highway in the middle of a construction zone. We could of been rear ended and seriously injured or killed. They said it was because it was too hot out going through Tenn. Our drive ran a semi truck off the road. We found that out at the truck stop we barely made it too. The bathroom light didn't work in the bathroom and the holding tank sat for 3 days without being empty so with the heat it made the bus smell. Also, on the way back we had heavy rain and the bus leaked. We had to put garbage bags over the seats to collect the water that was running down. Water was filling up in the overhead compartments. Our electrical outlets didn't work neither did wifi. They admitted fault but blamed it on hot days breaking the seals. Nightmare. Do not use if you value your life and belongings. Should have negative 10 for the stars but had to click 1 to submit

Great Company! Their fast and efficient. I use them for all my trips. Any minor problems were fixed promptly. The drivers are friendly, the bus is comfortable, and they always make my experiences great! Awesome pricing too! I highly recommend GTS to anyone!

We would not recommend this company to anyone. Busses were in bad shape ripped seats outlets didn't work or wifi. The back of the bus was hot the front was freezing. Drivers didn't know how to regulate it. bathroom light didn't work and there was no tp when the bus arrived. We had nothing but problems and the company never gave us a formal response to our complaints. I wouldn't even give them 1 star a negative would be more like it. We will never use this company absin

Great company. From my first contact with them, through the end of the trip, everything was perfect. We had a clean bus, with a professional driver that became part of our group. The electrical outlets and wi-fi that other companies didn't offer came in more use than I thought they would. It made the trip go by fast, and safe. We will be calling them back next time we need a bus.
