Order a dozen roses to be delivered to my wife's employment. When they arrived, the quality was less than desired for the price. When my wife called to inform them off the condition of the flowers, she was met with rudeness and indifference, culminating in the person she talked to threatening to stop delivering to that location. They won't need to worry about that, as I'm sure there will be no more orders from there coming their way. Poor business practices, rotten customer service!
