Spent 9200 in July 2015 on 2 new differentials had 2 year warranty. Pretty much with in the first month the input seal on the power divider seeped oil and I attempted a couple times on passing through to get Mark to fix it. Finally about Feb if 2017 about 1-1/2 years after if finally started slinging oil. Mark told me to get it fixed and fax him the invoices to get reimbursed for repairs. After no response for 2 months I sent them certified and still no response.
Repairs was under 400$
Basically This shop will not honor warranties.

Theirs was the most expensive misdiagnosis I have ever had!!!!! On July 7th 2016 my Dodge Ram conversion van overheated then wouldn't start on the highway just East of Limon Colorado. I had the vehicle towed to Interstate Diesel Repair around 5:45 p.m. where the staff by phone stated he would look at it at 8 a.m. the following morning.The next morning just before 8:00 a m.. I was walking toward Interstate diesel repair and stopped to take a picture of the flowers in the draw just east of Flying J Travel Plaza. My van was pictured in that same photograph . By 8:03 a.m. I was just outside IDR and my cell was ringing with the manager "MM" on the other end of the line. I walked inside for the diagnosis. "Your van needs a new motor. It has no compression." "That will be $75 thanks". I told them I had no idea how they could do a compression test in 3 minutes but pulled out stressed credit card and paid the bill on invoice # 7333. This forced me to have to trade the van in at "Limon Auto Solutions" where the dealer could give me no more than scrap value for my comfy conversion van that would have been worth $1000 -$1500 otherwise. The Saturday after I had arrived home from family vacation I phoned and spoke to courteous Tom at Limon Auto Solutions. Tom told me that he'd had to have the van towed to his car lot. When I spoke to him on Saturday he told me that the vehicle was running as we were speaking. No repair whatsoever had been required aside from the burst radiator hose. The reckless misdiagnosis of Interstate Diesel Repair cost me the privilege of having that nice old conversion van plus the cost of buying a replacement van to finish my vacation. There is no way that Interstate diesel repair could have done a compression test in 3 minutes. I highly recommend avoiding Interstate Diesel Repair. They have a large vacuum where their conscience should be. I have since contacted them by emai on their website but got no response.

Get it in writing one person gives a quote and he disappears charged me 45$ for r/r a new tire first guy said it was included it might only be 45 $ but no more business with lying interstate (ripoff deisel)

a lucky day when we found them . Our motor coach had almost no power and we were unable to continue our trip. We struggled into Limon and went to Interstate (referred by Flying J) and had great service. The highly trained staff pinpointed the problem as being a "dead" turbo, had o refurbished overnighted and we were off with a FULL head of steam the next day. They were the angels that day!!

If there was a 0 star option then that's what I would rate this shop. Let first impressions be your guide, the parking lot is so torn up it'll swallow your tractor And that's the best thing I can say about this facility. Went for a truck and trailer wash. 80.00 seemed a little high but figured I would give them a chance. I observed that the brushes they used were completely worn out and flat, And when they said they we're finished both was still dirty, a bit cleaner but still dirty. I gave the manager a chance to make it right or give me a discount and he refused, all the0while yelling and using some very colorful language. I wouldn't advise using any of their services because if you can't get something as simple as a wash right then no way you're touching my truck with a wrench.
