I went for cleaning X-rays and exam today! With no dental insurance very enticing price of $99! I go to dentist every 6 months for cleaning, and X-rays every year. Being new to Lima I thought I would try new dentist! Much to my dismay I could not have my teeth cleaned because I have gum issues, and need to return for " deep cleaning" With the cost being $1000! And I have 16 cavities! REALLY? I wonder if anyone else sees something wrong with this picture? I am a retired nurse I know something about health! I

Whole Health Dentistry has a very professional team. They always check on you throughout the procedures and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are an excellent dental office.

I really enjoy my visits to Whole Health Dentistry because they really listen to all my concerns and questions. My visits are always good because of their amazing staff members.

My wife and boy switched to Whole Health Dentistry this year and on 9/11/14 they billed us $151.56 saying this was the estimated they thought my insurance wouldn't cover. My responsibility was only $19.99 and the insurance paid the rest. I went in after I got that statement and they made a copy of it and said they still didn't receive that information yet so they couldn't reimburse me. When I called a few times a couple weeks apart wanting the rest of my money back they claiming the check was "lost in the mail" and they were waiting for next check to come in to pay me. After about 3 months on 12/10/14 I called the insurance company and they sent out the check 9/22/14 and Whole Health Dentistry cashed the check 10/10/14. I had enough at this point and called and told them I'm tired of them lying to me and if they didn't pay me I was going to go in and make a scene. Finally they agreed to pay me, but still denied receiving the check. I've heard other bad things about them, but I just want people to be aware of what I experienced.

I always get great and honest dental care at Whole Health Dentistry. The dentist who I saw in my last visit was informative and kind.

This was the best and least painful experience I have ever had with the numbing procedure process. It seems like they have all up to date equipment and I love the doctors and hygienists. Pretty much just excellent service from the whole team over there.
