I thought I needed a heater switch for a 2001 Olds Alero because it only worked on high as I was paying for the switch his mechanic told me that it was not the switch that I needed but a resister located down by the fan motor. I said that I did not need the switch then and he told his mechanic to shut up. I asked if I could return it and he said that there was no returns on electronics. He is a real piece of work, instead of helping me he took advantage of me not knowing what I needed and refused to make it right. I will never do any business there again and do all I can to see that no one else does either. I hope you choke on that $35.

I called at near close on a Friday evening for a hood for my son's car. We agreed on a price for both the hood and install and they told me to either come at 10A or 2P on Monday. My son drove over an hour to keep the appointment and was told they didn't have the part, further, that they would never have agreed to install it, and the topper....that usually a customer would call that morning before making the trip to be sure they actually HAD the promised item. Get all dealings with this company IN WRITING.
