I’ve been patronizing Shoes by Sam for more than 20 years, Sam is one of the last of a disappearing bred. Remarkable skill level for doing repairs with personable service, I have taken all sorts of items to Sam. Completely satisfied. Go see him.

This was my first visit to Sam's shop. I had casual dress shoes that were a gold tone. I wanted them to have more silver. Sam dyed them for me and did a very nice professional job. I highly recommend him.

Cleaned 2 purses for me Michael Kors a d Coach both leather and cloth combos and 1 is extremely light in color he did a fantastic job I will be back!

I had a pair of shoes that was very comfortable so I contacted Sam. Lilburn was 50 miles away so I sent them by UPS for $7.35 and returned $7.35. He did a fantastic job on the repair. The half soles were Italian leather, prime grade leather by La Querce , and the heel was replaced without me mentioning it. Then he polished the shoes with such an ultra sheen, much better than new. I will feel rich to wear such workmanship. And his price was less than the last time I had them resoled including postage. And the process took less than a week. Thank You Sam, I wish more people took pride in there work like you do.

Sam does terrific repair work. I purchased a pari of loafers 6 weeks ago that the front of the toe wore out. I bought them back in to him in hopes he would take them back and send them to the manufacturer but he did not. Instead his response was that I must be doing something to have worn out the spot on the shoe. No Sam, the shoes are made of defective material and you should have taken them back and sent them to the manufacturer.

Sam does good repair work but does not have a good return policy on items purchased in his store.

I took my prada shoes to Sam for repair and he did an awesome job! I will recommend him to everyone.

I took my 5 year old Coach purse to have the straps repaired, stitching and leather conditioning work done. My purse looked brand new. I highly recommend him to others and would refer family and friends.

EXCELLENT! SIMPLY THE BEST! I TAKE ALL OF MY SHOES AND BOOTS TO SHOES BY SAM FOR REPAIRS, REPLACED AND OR CUT DOWN HEELS. EVERYTHING IS DONE TO PERFECTION! THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL TAKE MY HIGH END SHOES FOR REPAIRS. I LOVE SHOES BY SAM!

I took a pair of shoes in to get the straps on shoe altered to fit requirements for work. Sam cut the strap on the shoes and made it look great. The shoes look so good I am taking another pair in to get altered. Price was great! Thanks, Cari

This was my first time using Sam. I brought in two pair of shoes needing repair. He is very professional and did a great job! Will be back and will let my friends/family know about Sam shoe repair.

This guy is amazing! The things he's done to my shoes and handbags are nothing short of amazing! He's replaced the tips of heels, removed scuffs, and polished leather until I could see my face in them. He even made the tips of my pointy shoes look like new.

I brought in a nice bag too with a broken strap that was no problem. The results are amazing but so are the prices.

I highly recommend Sam !!!!

I've been doing business with Sam for over 5 years. Went to him originally because two other shops couldn't fix my favorite pair if shoes. Sam did. His quality is excellant and his prices are market. He also dyed two pair for me and both came out great. One pair had a bad water stain. He also made a high quality leather glasses case for me so that I could carry my glasses in my pocket. I have been bringing my shoes to Sam for about 7 years. First, when you walk into the shop, you are greeted with the scent of leather which I love. Secondly, when other shoe repair shops say that they can't fix something or advise me to discard the shoes/purse, Sam ALWAYS fixes everything I bring. I have an old pair of boots that see me through every winter. Sam keeps them going! No job is too tough! The quality of his work is superb, and if he makes a recommendation on a repair, it is always right on! I won't bring my shoes or purses to anyone else. His work is quality. When I brought a broken purse strap to him, you couldn't tell that it had been re-sewn. So what are you waiting for? Get your shoes and purses to Sam!

sam has done work on my shoes for 17+ yrs , we became close friends and he gives me better than average discounts on his work. i'll always use his service because my shoes have to be done correctly or i can't wear them. e-williams

Shoes By Sam is a great place to get your shoes repaired. He is reasonably priced and you can tell he takes great strides with his work. He also has jewelry, handbags and sunglasses for sale inside his store. Keep up the good work Sam!

I also have been very satisfied with Sam's repair work. Nice to have this convenient and high quality shop in Lilburn.

There is no one who is more knowledgeable about shoes than Sam. Everytime I bring him a problem, he is able to solve it quickly. I highly recommend Sam!
