As users of Arrow Plumbing, we question the low, limited review (one star, lacking specifics), and concur with the positive reviews (4+ stars) appearing here, with respect to professionalism, honesty, and quality of service provided by this Co. We contacted Arrow Libertyville for a plumbing need made urgent by our forced travel—to cap off projecting plumbing lines in a room being demolished during a condo remodel, and to have a separate someone from Arrow meet, to guide us regarding rough costs for the various plumbing/ fixture alternatives for the remodel. The need was to begin a relationship with a company that we could then continue through the full remodeling job. We were referred to Arrow by another Libertyville contractor that we trust, Exquisite Services (stone, tile, etc.), with request for plumbing experience that included high-end northshore installations, but at a price point for small jobs that would not be prohibitive for an investment remodel.The company responded by dispatching two workers in the same time window, next day—one to quickly do the capping work and a second, a senior individual in the company, to advise regarding the remodel. The plumbing work was performed to direction and to code, and efficiently, by a very pleasant and experienced worker, and site was left clean. The advice given by the second was frank, customer- rather than company-serving, and of greater value than the K&B design guidances we had already received from three other parties. (In essence, only Arrow's advice was completely well-informed and impartial with regard to what should and should not be done in the particular space, and was given despite the fact that many discarded alternatives would have been more lucrative with regard to plumbing charges.) In short, their honest "can't be done" (code) and "shouldn't be done" (best design/practice) reshaped and simplified our remodel, at their expense. Finally, time spent was unusually unhurried, for this sort of visit.As a fully licensed-bonded-insured shop, you will pay above "lowest/bottom dollar" prices of others, for Arrow services. But you can be as sure as possible that you will not have later issues with longterm function, or issues with code on inspection/sale. Moreover, you will similarly sure, in condo situations, to avoid that afeared call from downstairs, e.g., about a ceiling discoloration from a slow leak.Bottom line, as ones who have used this company, we believe in the service being provided by this company, the quality of its work, the honesty of its advice, and the fairness of its charges.Disclaimer and background: This review is being written by individuals with no relation or fiduciary interest in the company being described, but ones who have used their services and decided to continue to do so. Will not use again

I had Arrow Plumbing come out to fix my leaky water heater, and I was impressed. Mark L. came to my condo at about 5:30pm on a Friday for the emergency repair, and he was great. He was very knowledgable, and he did a great job. He kept things clean and answered all of our questions. The process was very simple, and the end price was what I was quoted over the phone. They even told me I could get a larger water heater for less money! AND, the process went a little long, but I was only charged for the time I was quoted over the phone! This was great since I was on after hours time. I would recommend Arrow Plumbing to anyone.

We called Arrow Plumbing on New Years day. Our ejector pump went bad. They promptly returned our call and sent Jason to repair it. I must admit, that being that our pump chose to go bad on a holiday, we paid more than what we normally would, but Jason was a true professional and did a superb job. He came at the promised time, was careful to keep our home clean and replaced our pump without delay. I would not hesitate to recommend Arrow Plumbing.
