Would strongly discourage anyone from leaving your animals here!!! We left our two dogs here for two separate 4 day stays while we were on vacation. When we came to pick up our animals, one of our dogs was severely malnourished. She had lost about 25% of her body weight, every bone in her body was clearly visible, and her eyes were sunken into her head. I have never been more disgusted or upset by anyone's blatant mistreatment of a helpless animal. We gave the owner, Kim Lambert, specific instructions regarding our dogs' feeding regimen, which she blatantly ignored, resulting in the starving of one of our dogs. Our dogs also returned with fur missing from their joints, where they were forced to sleep on concrete. Kim's website claims she provides cots for the dogs to sleep on, but no such cots were provided to our animals. Ms. Lambert charged us a higher rate than what was listed on her website, and has refused to remedy the situation in any way. I should have suspected something amiss when we showed up to her facility and the outside potty/play area (which was all in one small area) smelled foul, the animals inside the main room were missing hair and sleeping without any bedding. Her facility is understaffed, and she refuses to hire more help (so she can keep more profit for herself, no doubt). I am thoroughly disgusted and appalled that someone who has devoted their life to "caring for animals" would mistreat, neglect, and abuse my dogs. I will NEVER make the mistake of leaving my dogs with someone as cruel and insensitive as Kim Lambert. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you love your pets and want them to be well-treated during their stay.
