No Show and it's COLD! Called American Air and asked when they are coming. First they said that they did not have the work order. Next they said they called us and we canceled. Total BS! Not recommended! We still have no heat and First American Home Buyers Protection said they can't send out a different company. Finally someone did come out. Heat worked for a hour or two and stopped. Now they can't send someone our for another 2 days!



Watch out, they have a few different listings and phone numbers but the same bad service!

DO NOT ........ use this company! The time frame was between 11-1. The man showed up at 3. Then after about 10 minute of looking for a pipe he said he dug by hand cause he didn't bring a shovel. He told my he couldn't fix it it was broke. I told him he still need to stay to find where it comes out at for me to i could show it to someone else. So i had to bug my neighbor for a shovel and make him stay to shovel which he kept instisting he couldn't fix. So me 6 MONTHS pregnant had to get out there and chovel for this health looking 40 yrs old man! THen he saw a pipe and said ohh thats the one we were looking for WE... found it! he then asked for his MONEY then left! well now.. I turn my A/C on and guess what its still leaking really bad under my house all in my carpet and vent, Now my 70 yr. old grandmother and me (6 Mo. pregnant) are sweltering in texas heat at 100 degrees! I warn you dont use this company!!!!!!!!!!
