Took the trip to Snow's and it was worth it. The BBQ was great and the owner and staff were sooo nice. You can walk over to the pits and see the meat coming off the fire. We got there at 11 and they were still open til noon. The livestock auction down the street brings a crowd, but adds to the atmosphere. I recommend the brisket and sausage, plus all the beans you want!

My type of Texas BBQ. A BBQ joint...not a restaurant. Everything was great, although I have had better sasuage, thus the four star rating. If you are interesting in eating here, Saturday is the only day they are open. From 8:00 am until they run out of meat. The morning I visited, they ran out at 10:15 am. 2 hours and 15 minutes to sell over 1800 lbs of meat. Having to stand outside in a line for 30 plus minutes is normal.
