Got a one year service contract. First time guy walked around said I need a new unit. I explained I have an old unit but use it half the year rest of the time windows are open. Didn't replace filter because he said they never do the first time because they don't know what you have. Said they would send a work order showing what they did. They didn't so I called them. They said they would send the order but never did. Second service check exact same thing over again with different guy. Need new unit blah, blah, blah. Said they didn't have filter in stock but he could order one. I said forget it I'll do it myself. No paper work left as usual. Except for the fact I paid them at the beginning I have no evidence they were even here.
