This particular IHOP is not great but it is ok for an affordable meal. My daughter loves going there for breakfast so we usually go every Sunday. The wait can be long at times and service is slow. I come from PA and we had a lot of diners that we would go to. This area unfortunately is lacking in good breakfast spots. IHOP is close to where we live and convenient. Almost every time we go there they are out of something. The one Sunday they were out of potatoes. THIS WAS DURING THE COUNTRY HASH BROWN SPECIAL.. The last time they were out of hot cocoa. OMG! We have eaten at other IHOPS in the past in the PA and MD areas and never had these issues. Overall it's not too bad.
