We couldn't be happier with the work performed and how the entire process went. From the first gentleman that came to our house to talk with us, to those we spoke with on the phone, to the entire crew that did the work, everyone was outstanding. The work was done on time, with extremely high attention to detail, at times that worked for our family's schedule, and so clean! Would use them again if we needed to and would definitely recommend them!

This job could not have gone more smoothly. All B-Dry representatives from the design proposal/estimator to the office administrator to the site leaders and entire crew were polite, thorough, and knowledgable. Everyone was incredibly hard working, showed up on time and made sure every detail was done properly. Basement is DRY and I highly recommend using B-Dry for any basement water issues you might have!

First off, B-Dry came highly recommended when I asked on a FB Andover Mum's page. When we called they were quick to respond, come out and give us a quote and even start the job. It all happened so fast and seamlessly. I wish we had called them years ago. It was actually a lot less money than I thought it would be. I feel confident that we will not be having anymore issues....and that feeling is priceless. Oh they have a lifetime warranty too! I mean seriously, it will even transfer if we ever decide to sell.

Great experience. The B-Dry team was prompt, professional, and conscientious. We feel like we got great value for our money. The work certainly lives up to the recommendations that our neighbors and colleagues gave. The finish work on the concrete is great; they even finished a day early.

Solid system; fantastic, dedicated work crew. We unpleasantly found our basement floods pretty significantly after moving in last fall. We researched options over the winter and settled on B-dry. A little more expensive than some competitors, but they seemed more competent in the work (including dealing with an existing radon system), rather than relying on glossy prints and fancy parts. A cancellation allowed us to get the system installed before the massive snowfall began melting. Our basement floor ended up being extra difficult to jackhammer and the job took much longer than anticipated. The crew stayed late into the evening to get the job done despite cold weather and a light snow. I sure hope they got good overtime. They were extremely respectful of our house and possessions. The system worked overtime this spring and not a drop of water in the basement! Thank goodness. I do wish the egg-crate looking wall liner could be a bit more aesthetic, but totally worth it.

Following a number of heavy rainstorms, I am happy to report that B-DRY work has accomplished total success in eliminating my cellar flooding over past years! I had a very good experience with bdry. I researched a wide range of other companies before picking bdry. Some of the other ones sounded good but I was turned off by their trash talking of all of their competitors (the truth is that everyones systems basically do the same thing and arent all that much different from each other). I also found that the other companies used a order within the next 5 days and get a discount tactic, which was annoying. Bill (owner of bdry) was a total straight shooter. He knows his stuff and gives good advice. I had a few changes orders throughout the job and he was very fair me with me. Their team is hardworking and very fast. And they show up exactly when they say they will show up. I particularly liked Sidney (site manager). I assume the other companies would have been fine but I was very happy with bdry and wanted to write a good review.

Very professional company that really know what they are doing. Arrived on time and performed the job as promised. Only thing that they should work on is better customer communication; right now they rely 100% on the product and do not provide the best information about how it all works. Besides that it looks and works great!

DON'T DO IT. They do not stand behind their product... you are mislead from the get go... their pumps or any labor is not covered if anything is to go wrong - so ask yourself this? What is covered? Check other options... there are much better programs out there. I am currently seeking legal counsel since they will not guarantee their lifetime warranty. This was money down the drain.
