this is my fourth purchase from Signature Furniture. I am very pleased with the store,the associates and even the delivery men. I have recommended them numerous times to friends and family.
Great local business with fair prices and fair people to deal with. I like stores where the staff can explain to me the difference in items and make suggestions that would work best for me.

Beautiful showroom, friendly staff. The final outcome of our new bedroom is exactly what we had envisioned. We ordered from catalogs and were able to find exactly what we wanted.
So wish I had read these reviews before I purchased a dining room set from these people. Within 30 days the backs of the chairs had come apart. Talked to management and was told their basic policy was that once it is in your house it is your problem. Real issue was that I ordered this from one of their catalogs and never had a chance to actually see and sit in the chairs. They encourage ordering by explaining no one can stock furniture these days. Will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone.
Purchased two Bassett night stands from Signature Furniture and within a few years the wood surface on both were alligatoring. Very disappointed with quality and lack of interest from management to repair. I have purchased four items from them over the years, one which I could've ordered online for less expensive but shopped "local" when sales woman sold me on supporting the family business. Not a good way to support loyal customers. We will not purchase from them again.
BUYERS BEWARE - Purchased product from this store for over $1,000.00. Within a couple of days after delivery found damage on item. Requested a like item for replacement or grant full refund upon return. Management denied both requests. BEWARE!!!!!!
I love this store! It's homey and warm, not like the other big box stores. The people are very friendly and helpful--not pushy. It's one of the nicer stores in Lexington.
I totally love signature furniture! My salesperson was extremely helpful. She wasnt pushy at all. The store was set up just like a home so that you can totally imagine what everything would actually look like. The prices were great too! Two thumbs up from me!
A couple of years ago we purchased Flexsteel furniture from a store which went out of business. We had a spring pop loose an called Signature Furniture since they sell Flexsteel. They treated us like we had bought it from them. As a matter of fact, i wish we had.
Signature Furniture in Lexington is the most unprofessional scamming business I have ever came across. I ordered two brand new Rowe couches from them. The couches finally came but were a mess with scratches, staples showing, and the wooden legs chipped. 3 months later and an attempt at repair they look worse than when we intially received the couches. They told us to deal with it and that they were done with us. Quality of the product was horrible. If you want to get SCAMMED, then buy from here. Otherwise, stay away and save your money.

I visited for the first time today. The store is more upscale than the former company that inhabited the local. The furniture is nice and reasonably priced. Those who were working there were friendly and helpful. It is nice that it isn't some big chain store where you see the same pieces over and over again and everything is made only from oak and pine; there are more unique items available. This is probably not the place to go if you are looking for very expensive and heavy pieces. This place should do well and it seems to offer what Lexingtonians are looking for and can afford.
