if I could rate this service as a negative score I would. First of all the woman who was asked to assist us screamed and belittled myself and my employees. I have worked in the medical field for many years and I do not appreciate being talked down to like I am an idiot when I know what I am talking about. This woman should be fired wish I would have gotten her name!! came up humana cary on caller id!!
