Purchased quite a bit of furniture from the Ashley Furniture Homestore in Lex. I read all the horror stories, but it after going to competitors of their's decided it couldn't be worse. I asked about all the bad reviews and said they had management changes and haven't had any "real" problems since. So I decided to buy- have my things ordered and delivered. Everything came quick and was fully assembled in front of me in my home upon delivery. GREAT EXPERIENCE

This store was amazing. I was very skeptical after reading the last reviews, but I learned they have changed everything. Those managers are no longer with the company and the service department has changed. The service was great, furniture came on time. There was not a single problem with my order. Best purchase I've made in town.

I have never had a worse experience buying anything - ever. They delivered damaged furniture and then said they could repair them onsite. They of course could not and it has been a nightmare ever since trying to get this worked out. There is a reason they make you sign something saying there are NO returns for any reason. They know people would be returning their junk!

This guy that owns this store is awful!!! He doesn't care for his employees and customers. It is sad that an employee like this can give a brand such a bad name! Don't buy at this location because he will not take care if you! I would be very fearful that you would even get your furniture! He absolutely has no refund policy! Once he has it, it's gone! Very shady operation. The warehouse is a joke! Do yourself a favor and drive to Louisville or charleston to buy Ashley from a store that wants your business. Check with the bbb about this store!
