When I moved into my apartment, I quickly found out that it was infested with roaches. After having maintenance bring a can of Raid, I took matters into my own hands and thought I had taken care of the problem with a specialized bug killer. Wrong. It wasn't until after two bites to my left cheek and a staph infection that the front office would move me elsewhere. I had been here a few months when about six gunshots went off outside of my building in the middle of the night. Police were called and they were picking up shell casings in front of our windows. In the past two months, the front office has been called/visited at least five times about mold in one bedroom window, a bathroom sink being clogged, and now flooding in our kitchen which has now spread underneath of our cabinets and into our bar area. I was told again this morning that maintenance would be by to fix the problem and have yet to see anyone. Before you move into these apartments, be sure that it's your very last option.

We moved out and 3 months later we received collection agency letters. We were suppose to give a 60 day notice but we didn't know that so we gave a 30 day notice. Their management when we turned in our 30 day notice said that would be great and never mentioned that we really needed to give a 60 day notice. Then when we turned in our keys they again said everything was fine so why didn't they tell us then that we would be charged for not turning in a 60 day notice instead of a 30 day notice? I don't know but we were not pleased with the incompetent management there.
