We are renters and our Property Manger chose Old Town Plumbing. They had to return to our house a second time to correct their errors. That happened for two different repairs. There was a third incident, where they did not even inform us of a more serious issue. They unclogged our line, but failed to tell us that there was food remaining from where the line backed up. The food was visible through our return AC vent, visible with a flashlight. Old Town Plumbing had 4 men at our house that day and not one of them had the decency to inform us that we had day old food essentially in our wall! This brings the risk of mold, flies and gnats, roaches, ants, and rats!

Our Prop Manager called to discuss the issue with the owner Jack. He immediately returned to our residence banging on our door and acting very unprofessionally. Needless to say, we will not be using them again and will not refer them to anyone.

Their website promises professionalism, their owner does not stand behind that promise.

New to the area and in serious need of a plumber we could trust to deal with an outdoor leak, Jack of Old Town Plumbing was referred to us by our realtor. He was prompt, thorough and efficient, taking the time to explain some of the plumbing idiosyncrasies in Texas. Great price, great work, great guy! Thank you Jack! Jack & his crew are very good. They showed up on time. Assessed my situation & told me what needed to be done & fixed it.Jack is an honest man. He doesn't charge for unnecessary things. These guys are the most professional, kind and reasonable plumbers in town. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! They will take care not to carry a mess into your home and will never charge you for more work than you need done. I would say they don't charge enough for their services...very reasonable! Just perfect! If you need a plumber, this is the company to use...you won't be dissapointed!
