This is quite possibly one of the poorest run retirement communities I have yet seen. Turnover on employees high, extremely poor food quality and apparently a new corporate owner have all conspired to degrade the services. Lip service is given to the residents in many cases for issues they are concerned about. The only time food is decent is if there are corporate visitors in response to complaints...they, of course, find nothing wrong since they telegraph their arrival. Duh, doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out how that happened. It used to be pretty decent but in the two years my mother in law has been there, services have degraded significantly. If this system allowed for no stars the Estates would get it.
