It is as simple as this: "If you want a home inspection done right, then use Roger." He is thorough and with 30 years experience in the building field, he knows what he is looking for. We used him in summer 2009. He found some issues with the house and its deck; we ultimately walked away from that deal. We continued looking for a house. We called Roger again in February 2010. He did the same great job on the second house. Roger saved us from buying a nightmare. We thought we were buying our dream home. It was built 5yrs ago did we really need the inspection?
