I called them needing emergency heating service in advance of 20 degree temperatures for the renters of my 4BR house in New Albany. After wasting my time taking all the information, and knowing up front that I was a landlord, the dispatcher told me they don't service rentals. I pleaded and offered to pay up front, but apparently my money is no good here.
Beware, in case you're not good enough to deserve their services!
when I had my annual check up for my furnace and AC, it was found that the tech hadn't put the air filter back in the furnace...so all year I was breathing in particles that shouldn't have been airborne. I had wondered why I had to dust my furniture almost every other day. Very disappointing. When I spoke with 'supervisors' no one had any answers or 'making it better'. I have had better techs...but again I don't know if the company stand behind their work.
