this was my first time in this location the service was poor will never return.

if you are going to run a bussiness at least fake like you know what you are doing. as far as people complaining you get no response from the ownersvery very getto . not professinal and very rude good luck.

there are other websites that give your restuarant 1star 2 star rating you shouldnt be mad about it and blame your customers about it. you should try to correct it. good luck.

Roosters is more professional and has outstanding service with and outstanding staff. The managers are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your expereince at Roosters is excellent! It's too bad your resturant is not like Roosters!

the service was not that great. and the server acted put out who took our order. we ordered boneless wings beers etc. not the great of service.

we watched the buckeye game in the bar. the service was very goodand the food was very good. was seated right away.

on 10 18 14 my wife and i visited this location.the bartender very rude so we moved to the dining room area we ordered our food spent 30 dollars there . our waitress never came backto check on us.so i decided not to tip her poor customer service.as we wre leaving the general manager almost attack me and my wife he said whats up stiffing my waitress i said the service here poor. he didnt like response and kept on harrassing us.there are other chicken places in town to go to we will never return. dont eat there the attitudes really poor .and the service very bad.
