Based in Leon, Iowa, SIRF Inc, (Southern Iowa Resources for Families) is an organization providing support and assistance for people and families with physical and mental disabilities. It is a provider of home and community based services, such as HCBS waiver programs, supported community living, consumer-directed attendant care, respite care, home/vehicle modification and habilitation services, among others. Operational for nearly 30 years, it also provides services for children as well as senior citizens. Additionally, SIRF Inc. provides some other programs related to activities, adult day and vocational programs.
