Eola Beer Company features handcrafted artisanal beers made with local ingredients of the highest quality using malted barley, fresh whole cone hops, Appalachian Mountain waters and fresh cultured yeast. All Natural, Organic Beer with No additives, No extracts, and no shortcuts to provide you with the finest, freshest beer . We are also a Gastropub , Chef Stephen Loe uses local and seasonal ingredients to create an ever-changing menu of exciting , flavorful dishes from around the world. Influenced by many chefs, and culinary styles Loe focuses on Southern American, French, Cajun -Creole, and Indian. Stephen Loe has won many awards for his cooking and beers and is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. He has worked at many fine restaurants in New York , Emerils, Sonoma California Bistro, Barringtons, and Artisanal before starting his own. Eola is a great mountain destination with great food, great beer, souvenirs,gifts,live music and a fun , friendly atmosphere with outdoor seating in the historic downtown area.
