      The best chile verde, the best espinaca, and YUM salsa and chips. Excellent, excellent service. We usually go at off times, because we don't like to wait for a table, but the food IS worth waiting for. I'd eat pretty much anything with that espinaca poured over it . . .

Rulber & Armando Dela Torre were born and raised in the heart of Mexico. They opened the first Mi Ranchito Mexican Restaurant in Olathe, KS. Thanks to it's popularity they quickly expanded.
